This Project takes the journey in designing a fintech app that resolves customers pain points as high charge rates, slow response time, difficult loan operations and complex requirements for credit. With an expected goal from the human centered focused (user); the need for better user experience, quick response on loan request, simple loan requirements, low interest rate with tracking on repayment plan.
